It is the customers' responsibility to read through the following Terms & Conditions. By using the Site and/or placing an order for products from us, you agree to follow and to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

GENERAL:

  • 1. This Website is owned and managed by Divine Artisan. Use of this Website is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

  • 2. While Divine Artisan makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Website is accurate, it does not guarantee that the Website is free from errors. Divine Artisan does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions; and reserves the right to change information published on the Website at any time.

  • 3. Divine Artisan does not accept responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits of any kind whatsoever which may result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, the Website.

  • 4. This general disclaimer is not restricted by any of the specific warnings and disclaimers in Divine Artisan’s Terms and Conditions, and nothing in the Terms and Conditions derogates from Divine Artisan’s right to comply with legal or law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Divine Artisan with respect to that use.

  • 5. Divine Artisan may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions. 

 

ORDERING:

  • 1. For online orders, your order is confirmed once payment has been made. After placing an order online, you would receive an order confirmation to your email immediately thereafter. There will be no more further confirmations from our end. Please feel free to email us if you did not receive this confirmation email.

  • 2. For orders placed via email, your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. 

  • 3. Requests sent after operating hours will not be entertained till the next working day.

  • 4. For orders placed via email, your order is confirmed once we send you an invoice. Do note that the final copy of the invoice is the final confirmation of all details of the order, not the email thread or any discussion discussed earlier via other forms of communication. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required details and specifications are detailed out in the invoice, and if not, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to raise any issues up thereafter will not be entertained.

  • 5. Slots are given first come first served basis based on the timing when payment has been made. No slots are confirmed or reserved unless payment is received. In the event that not slots are available, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.

  • 6. Fees for your cake order must be paid in advance in order to secure your booking. Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Once your order is confirmed, you will be subjected to our cancellation/refund/transfer policy.

  • 7.We do not recommend making changes to your order after payment, to avoid confusion. Bob the Baker Boy reserves the right not to entertain changes 5 days onwards before your delivery date. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances.

  • 8. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).

  • 9. All cake decorations are based on availability and seasonality and may be changed to other types as similar as possible.

  • 10. Colors shown may deviate slightly from image on site as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). 

  • 11. We are halal-certified & ISO 22000 certified. Respective certs can be produced upon request. 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 1. Order cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made. We do not provide refunds for any orders made wrongly. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

  • 2. Order amendments are subjected to availability on our end. Please write in at least 5 working days for all order amendments accordingly.

  • 3. NO REFUNDS will be made after an order is placed.

SELF COLLECTION:

  • 1. All changes to collection date and time must be made at least 3 DAYS before date of collection. Last minute changes, particularly on the same day, will not be entertained.

  • 2. Changing from a collection to a delivery requires at least 3 DAYS’ notice before original date/time of collection, subjected to availability. Regular delivery charges apply and must be paid 3 DAYS before original date/time of collection. If this deadline passes without payment, your order will be processed as a collection. Last minute changes, particularly on the same day, will not be entertained.

  • 3. It is highly recommended that you drive when self collecting customized cakes (both one tiered or two tiered). It is highly recommended to have someone hold the cake throughout the journey to ensure stability.

DELIVERY:

  • 1. All changes to delivery date, time and location must be made at least 3 DAYS before date of delivery. Else, these changes would not be entertained.

  • 2. Changing from a delivery to a collection requires at least 3 DAYS' notice before original date/time of delivery. Refunds of delivery fees paid will be wholly subject to our approval. 

  • 3. Please ensure that you're contactable during the time slot chosen. The deliveryman will call you if no one is at the door. A 10 minute waiting period will apply. The delivery driver will place the cake outside the unit if there is a suitable space (e.g door handle/steps/cabinet/shoe rack). If not, the cake will be returned to our bakery and redelivery fees will be $10, based on our schedule availability.  

  • 4. Do note that each delivery comes with a risk and we're not liable for deliveries. Kindly self collect as much as possible.

  • 5. All deliveries do not come with set-up of any kind, including unboxing of the cake. 

  • 6. Please ensure that your full delivery address (inclusive of unit number) is given when ordering. Please check your order confirmation thereafter to confirm that the full address was given. We would not be responsible in the case of an incomplete address given.

CAKE DECORATIONS & SERVING SIZES:

  • 1. Cakes with fresh flowers/fruits: we cannot guarantee an exact size, colour or species of fresh flowers/fruits as it depends on seasonal availability. All images shown during the course of placing your order are for sample purposes only.

  • 2. We are not able to guarantee an exact replication of a cake design, slightest variations in colour and appearance may occur.

  • 3. All weights, recommended servings and sizes are approximations only. Measurements stated may vary up to ~0.5" as our cakes are all baked fresh in store and there might be slight shrinkage which occurs during the baking process.

  • 4. Slight changes may be made to your cake design (e.g. placement, arrangement) as we see fit for practical and aesthetic purposes. 

  • 5. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). 

  • 6. Most flowers on our cakes are not edible and only for decoration purposes. If you wish for edible flowers, kindly specify when ordering. Do note that extra charges would apply.

 

Standard Delivery is flat rate at $10 (North East, South East and Central Region)
Standard Delivery is flat rate at $20 (North West and South West Region)
Priority 2-Hour Delivery is flat rate at $25. Tuas/Sentosa area is flat rate at $30.
