Are your desserts halal?
We are halal certified!
Are you GST registered?
No, we are not GST registered:) Hence, there is no GST charges for all of our services and products.
How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery fees is $15 flat rate. Standard delivery time slots are 8am-1pm & 1-8pm.
If you wish to deliver the cake at specific timing, you can opt for our Priority 2-Hour Delivery at $35 flat rate.
Delivery Charge for Customized Cake is $20 flat rate.
Things to Note:
For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, MBS, shopping malls, JEWEL, museums, and other restricted zones, the cake would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pick up point by default.
If you wish for delivery directly to the room or restaurant, please write in to inform us to check if it is possible.
Can I self-collect instead?
Sure! Our self-collection address is 1550 Bedok North Avenue 4 #04-16, Bedok Food City, Singapore 489950.
Self-collection hours are from 9pm - 6pm.
It is recommended to drive for self collection.
You may drive up to level 4 and park in front of our unit #04-16.
Alight at Bedok MRT and board bus 17 from Bedok Interchange. Alight at Aft Bedok Ind Park E, directly in front of Bedok Food City. Take Passenger lift Lobby F up to level 4 and head towards our unit #04-16.
Can I walk-in to buy desserts?
Sadly no, we do not have offline store/bakery at the moment. However, you are welcomed to give us a call or drop us a message at
WA Business 8033 5756 to check on cake availability.
Will my cake look exactly like what I have ordered?
Images are only for references. We never guarantee an exact replication of a reference photo provided for practical purposes (Eg. colors on photos may look more vibrant due to color editing and lighting).
How long can I keep my cake out of the refrigerator?
It must be refrigerated at all times. If your fridge is not big enough, you may keep in air-conditioning 18-22 degrees. The cake will last out of fridge anywhere between 2-4 hours depending on ambient temperature. Sometimes, even if the place is air-conditioned (e.g. sports hall/chalets), the circulation is not ideal and the room may not be cold enough for it to last very long out of fridge.
How long do your cakes last?
As our cakes are freshly made from scratch with no preservatives, we recommend you enjoy our cakes on the day picked up/delivered or within 2 days in the fridge.
Will candles and knives be provided?
One plastic knife and one gold candle will be provided with every cake delivery or collection.
How long is the rental of my dessert table?
The rental duration for each dessert table is 4 hours.
Could I extend the rental duration for my dessert table?
Yes:) You can! We charges at $10/hour.
What is the latest time for collection?
The last collection/teardown time is 10pm. Any order with collection timing later than 10pm will have a $150 surcharge. Overnight rental charges is $150 for dessert table.
Can I make changes to my order or request for a refund after my order has been placed?
In order to process your order efficiently, we encourage you to check through carefully before confirmation! If you wish to amend your order, do drop in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org / message us at 8033 5756 with your order booking ID. We apologies, but we're unable to offer refunds after an order has been placed, however we are pleased to reschedule your order.
*Kindly noted that amendment request has to be sent to our email at least 3 days in advance, any last minutes changes will not be entertained and no refund will be offered.
What happens if nobody is around to receive the delivery/recipient do not pick up driver's call?
Please kindly have somebody at home to receive the items. Our friendly drivers will contact the recipients upon arrival.
Please ensure sender and recipient are both informed about the delivery, and someone is available to receive the package. All contact numbers should be current and available as the courier may get in touch with either party (if necessary) during delivery.
If you are not home, our driver will ask for permission to leave the cake outside recipient home. If the customer allows the delivery man to leave the cake outside, we are not liable for any cake damages/missing if the items leave unattended.
I am thinking of ordering for my friend but I don’t wish to include my name as I want it to be a surprise.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to do anonymous or surprise deliveries. Do inform the recipient that they should except a delivery between your chosen time slot, otherwise the delivery will be forfeited.
I have not received my order at the stipulated delivery time, what should I do?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through bank transfer or credit cards (additional transaction fees apply).
I am located overseas but wish to order for someone staying in Singapore. Is that possible?
Sure, no problem! Kindly select the bank transfer payment option for international bank transfers or credit card payments (additional transaction fees apply).
