Our Newly Launched Basque Cheesecake has a perfectly burnt exterior and runny inside that is a dream to savour. Baked with high heat, the cake is perfectly burnt on the top but still retains its gooey texture inside, which gives the cheesecake a smoothness coupled with a caramelised flavour that is so well-loved by everyone. Weighs approximately 1.1kg, 6".
